By focusing solely on the UK market, we ensure reliable handling and dedicated service for every order.
1. Shipping Destinations
  • Where we ship: We ship strictly to residential and business addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).
  • International shipping: We do not ship to the Republic of Ireland, Europe, the USA, or any other international destinations at this time.
2. Processing & Delivery Times
Because we hand-inspect our fixtures to guarantee premium quality, orders go through two phases before arriving at your door:
  • Order Processing Time: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for our team to verify, pack, and quality-check your order before dispatch. Orders are not processed on weekends or UK bank holidays.
  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, standard tracked delivery across the UK typically takes 3 to 7 business days (remote areas or parts of Northern Ireland and Scotland may take slightly longer).
